  To add a synonyms after the taxa names
 
This command adds the synonym names in the current section for all valid names presented in base.

Here are all possible alternative variants of performing this command.

 Click TText_A.gif (707 bytes) Shows taxa names with synonym button, which is arranged in the upper row of the lower bar under window of the section.
  • Right-click into the window of section, in the shown menu click Show expanded.
  • Press Ctrl+E.
    •
    Synonyms is added after valid name in the following manner:
                    taxon name - syn: synonym names in alphabetical order,
    for example:   Subgenus Asionus – syn: Ariana, Asiopus.

    In order to hide synonym names after valid taxon name, click one of the above-mentioned points again.
