The edition of the database (demonstration version) is free of charge and curtailed version of great work which is devoted to taxonomy, fauna, ecology and biology of Belarusian butterflies. Complete version of the work includes the complete review and the guide about 156 species of butterflies (Diurna, Lepidoptera), which reside in Republic of Belarus, as well as the species discovery of which is probable in future on the territory of the state. Due to the database is acquainted with complete version of the work and advertises it, you can find only sufficiently curtailed check-list of taxons where some species or genera are absent. In this version there is only one genus Colias, representatives of which are completely described and illustrated (5 species). For some other representatives Belarusian fauna were saved information about type locality, English name, etymology of Latin name and short range description. But information about detailed Belarussian distribution, ecology and biology, taxonomy is curtailed as a rule. In the complete version search of name of Belarusian representatives by means several filters are available. In this work several left filters (“Host-plant”, “Gigro-” and “Bio-preferendum”) are working only with the shorted check-list. You would build up true conclusion about amount and quality of complete version of the work. We left image labels of all deleted images and left all images for Colias representatives. Demonstration version is supplied with 99 photos (illustrations), which were made in existence or in collection. In this version all possibilities of identification key have been completely saved, but quantity of identified taxa was cut up to 63. Identification of higher taxon up to genus-rank and 5 species for mentioned number is available. The Key base includes 132 schemes or pictures.
